Overall, very nicely done. Now to deconstruct that sentence:
Lineart: You seem to like dark, sharp, angled lines. (The only curved lines I see in the picture are in Sheldon's and Howard's mouths.) When applied to these characters, the result is something out of a comic book. Did you use a calligraphy brush to do the lines?
Coloring/shading: I think you said this was colored with marker. There are some places where I can definitely tell, but other places where you do color blending so well (e.g. on Sheldon's face) that it looks more like paint. The use of marker makes all the colors vivid, which complements the line style quite well. I think Sheldon was the best-colored figure in this picture, both for the way you blended the colors on his face and because of the red and yellow of his shirt.
On a side note, I like Sheldon's facial expression. He looks like he's plotting something.
